Azure SSO Setup

Good Morning EduGeeks,

 

Odd one that I have not come across before - Setting up the Azure SSO from on Prem to Passthrough Auth, however when I get to the putting in the domain credentials to authorize it, I appear to be missing the two boxes? (See Attachment)

Has anyone ever seen this before and how did you resolve this?

 

I did think, is it because this server is a DC? but the other server(s) I've installed it on were DCs also and just worked without fault.

 

This Server is a DC, Server 2016, AD, FSMO and all that goodness.

 

Any guidance would be appreciated.
