Hp LJ 500 Colour Fuser Wrap Jam/Jam in right door.

Hi all,

 

We have a sizeable amount of HP Laserjet Enterprise 500 Colour printers that I believe are the M551 model. Two units quite recently have had an issue with paper jams that I can't seem to fix. There is no other paper jammed in the machine and I have replaced the transfer belt and fuser a few times. When you go to print something to it, it begins printing ok but then it stops at a certain point every time without fail as it comes out and gets stuck in the fuser and output bin area. Occasionally the printer will say it's a Paper Jam in the right door but it mostly says 13.B9.Cz Fuser wrap jam. I don't see anything that could be wrong at all so i'm at a bit of a loss especially since I have replaced the fuser and transfer belt multiple times, has anyone else had this issue with this printer before?

Replaced the secondary transfer roller too and no luck...
