SMART Notebook - Issues when writing text - appearing in wrong place

Hi all,

 

Having the following issue when using SMART Notebook 21 on our SMART Interactive panels

 

When first writing on a notebook using the pen, the text appears in the wrong place - almost as if the screen is uncalibrated. When notebook is then closed and re-opened, the issue is gone and doesn't return until the machine is next restarted.

 

All I can think is that it might be a display scaling issue as Windows likes to default the machines to 150% and we change it to 125%

 

Wondering if anyone has come across something similar?
