Running scripts in Gam (Google Cloud Shell) on a schedule

Does anyone know if there is a way to run Gam commands/scripts on a schedule? I am running GAM in Google Cloud and am looking into running a few commands on a schedule.

Could you make a batch file and run it as a scheduled task from a server? (Assuming you have one).

I am currently doing that but would like to move GAM to Google Cloud so it can be accessed by multiple people and is on the cloud. After doing some research I am trying to create a Linux VM instance on Google Cloud but when trying to setup an VM instance I get a constant loading screen and when checking the console logs I see there error" API keys are not supported by this API. Expected OAuth2 access token or other authentication credentials that assert a principal"
