Adobe Creative Suite/Onedrive save issue

Hi,

 

Hopefully something may have some advice.

 

We have moved a remote team onto onedrive for ease of file access, we have one user who uses Adobe Creative Suite to edit PDF files but when opening and then trying to save them back onto her onedrive Creative Suite Crashes. When opening and saving the file from her desktop it saves with no issues at all (even though her desktop area is synced with her onedrive). Bit stumped and couldnt find anywhere else where this issue has been raised.
