SIMS Individual Report (changes)

So we have already uploaded our reports in the SIMS Parent App. However, there are some changes requested to some students. After the changes have been made in the marksheets, I reuploaded the reports. After reuploading, the student’s linked document has been updated but when I go to the publish documents, the name of the students that needed republishing are not in list. Is there a need to republish the document or will it automatically be updated in the parent’s app?
