Windows 10 not loading on bootcamp

Hi everyone,

 

I use bootcamp to run windows 10 on my macbook. I usually don't have any issues with it but now the laptop goes off 2 seconds after Windows 10 starts loading. It doesn't let me go into safe mode and when I use a recovery usb, none of the recovery tools are able to fix the problem. Any ideas as of why this is suddenly happening and how to solve this issue? The mac side works fine.
