Sophos Central - Some clients reporting Web Intelligence Service Disabled

We have a handful of PCs that the Sophos Web Intelligence Services is disabled.

 

Uninstalling Sophos with Sophos Zap and reinstalling doesn't seem to make a difference either. The PCs are not in their own policy on Central either.

 

The service can be changed from Disabled to Automatic and Started but when the machine is restarted, the service reverts back to being disabled.

 

Has anyone else had this issue?
