Solutions to delete metadata out of office files?

Hi,

 

quite new to all this so sorry if this has been answered before or the answer is obvious.

 

I am plagued with a subject access request.

Managed to redact all the emails from o365 to pdf but in the process all the attachments disappeared.

Now the person wants the attachments.

Most of them are office files. I got them extracted from the pst files but don't want to delete the meta data in them manually

 

the recommended way is open the file

File/Info/Inspect Document/Inspect Document

there is always personal information and more in there

 

I have 1,5k of attachments and honestly don't have the time to go through them

Is there any automated solution?

I might just convert all to pdf then redact the pdf
