fiza Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 Previously a couple of years ago I successfully created a 'corporate' signature with a logo to go out with all the external emails sent from the school via the Google Admin Panel. I am now trying to do the same at another site but it seems now that you cannot add logos but have to attach an image which must be hosted on a publicly available website? I am sure this wasn't the case when I did it before. If you have a central Google signature going out with a logo how have you done that please? This is the message when you input the footer. To insert an image, click and enter the URL for the image on a public web server. Images stored in Google Drive can't be used in your footer.
Steve21 Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 I thought individuals still could upload but not if forced as admin. But couldn’t you just setup a Google site and host the image public but not really public? Steve

How would I host an image on a Google site and then link just the image to the Footer please?
