Feedback on Bromcom

Hi All,

 

We are looking to move to Bromcom and have conducted a few demos with Bromcom which we have been impressed with. We are now looking to speak to schools using Bromcom and wanted to ask whether there are there any secondary schools ideally in London using Bromcom that would be willing to have a conversation with SLT to found out how they have found Bromcom and what the advanatges/disadvantages are?

I would be careful how you handle the procurement process. They have a reputation for taking legal action if you don't award them the contract.

Worth looking at EverythingICT route - there is a Direct Award route as well as a mini-tender.

That would be a shame as we really like Bromcom and will probably end up going with them.

Would it be possible for a member of your SLT team to have a chat with ours as the main reason we are moving is because of the reporting capabilities of Bromcom and SLT would like to talk directly from SLT in other schools? Failing this would your data manager be willing to have a chat with our SLT?

Ahh sorry only me available currently to tlak, but email may be best, maybe I could forward to our SLT.

 

Bromcoms reporting is next level compared to Sims, you can do so much with quick reports but also connect to PowerBI and do virtually anything. Its very powerful.

 

Don't worry about the legal stuff above, its all about a freedom of information request about the tender process and a complete non issue when it comes to the software they provide. Bromcom is a great all round MIS that works very well.
