mullet_man Posted March 4, 2022 Posted March 4, 2022 We've just moved to BACS and it looks like Office 365 is blocking the email due to it knowing it's sending out bank account numbers. How do people deal with this? Is there a way to allow it through? Cheers.
paulkerton Posted March 4, 2022 Posted March 4, 2022 I would've thought this would be part of your DLP and in 365 Compliance. You should be able to whitelist certain accounts, or have them go to a quarantine for checks before being allowed through. (Google house here so I can't point you exactly!) 1

Office 365 Admin > Compliance Admin Centre > Data Loss Prevention > U.K Financial Data As mentioned above, you can edit this policy to whitelist certain domains. 1
