Actiivation issue: Error occurred in Windows 11 local registry

When I run slmgr, I receive this error 0x80041002 and I can't reactivate Windows 11 whatsoever. Any idea how to fix this problem without having to clean install? I don't want clean installs nor downgrade to previous Windows version.
