Working as part of the Central IT Team, you will play a significant role in supporting, monitoring and maintaining the Trust’s IT infrastructure as well as supporting the use of IT so that effective teaching and learning takes place and enables our students to achieve.

 

With an NVQ3 in IT Maintenance or an equivalent qualification, you will have demonstrable experience of computer engineering and support and experience of providing effective 3rd line IT support. You will also have the ability to administer networks with regard to security, service maintenance and maintaining full records of changes, errors and adaptions as well as a good understanding of the legal, security and moral issues relating to the use of IT in schools.

 

You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic and able to work well independently or as part of a team, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities ensuring deadlines are met with professionalism and full commitment to providing a quality service.
