[GMail] Dump a list of domains that have emailed us over $Timeframe?

Is this something anybody has ever done before?

I'm looking to cut down on the amount of incoming junk and also, if I'm honest, get a bit of an idea of how our resources are being utilised outside of school-related use.

 

I'm guessing my best bet would be to add a mailing rule that just duplicates any and all email to an inbox, then use GAM or PSGSuite to query that inbox, and do some scripting shenanigans from there..?

Just wondering if anybody had done something similar (or even had a script they could throw at me, should my luckiest of stars align )
