Full Year – Full Time – 36.5 hours per week

Salary: Grade 2/3 (Points 3 – 15) – £18,562 to £23,541

 

Starting point dependent on skills and experience.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic IT professional to join the Trust to provide support and technical advice for the ICT curriculum related activities to all staff and students across the Summit Learning Trust

As part of the Service Delivery team, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining ICT equipment and applications across all Academies for all staff and students in the Trust as well as resolving support requests logged via the Helpdesk system. This is to ensure that customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands are met.

It is essential that you have experience of working with key Trust software such as:

  • Windows operating systems
  • Microsoft O365 applications
  • Microsoft AD group policies
  • Apple Technologies
  • Backup solutions
  • Anti-virus software
  • Safeguarding applications
  • Help Desk System
  • Follow-me-printing or similar systems

Summit Learning Trust is a group of seven schools and one College in Birmingham and Solihull. Staff work within a friendly, supportive working atmosphere and many staff are long serving.
