I've been using the offscrub vbs script and that appears to work every time

In my case unfortunately neither worked: the configuration.xml for uninstalling, nor the cleanup assistan above, nor waiting some time.

 

I read somewere else about profiles being stuck (corrupted?), that I should try creating a new test user profile on the windows, and voilà, the new profile shows perfectly Office 2021 LTSC while the old one shows 2019 !! It stinks...
