SIMS report query

Hi All,

 

Sorry if this is the wrong area (or indeed the wrong forum) but I'm just looking for some advice on a SIMS report.

 

I would like to create a report that list all conduct points for a given student and the time+date that they occurred.

 

I'd like to use this data to create a RAG type 'timetable' for the student to visualise where they are getting the most/least points to use this to address behaviour issues.
