[ms office - 2013] Insert Videos into Microsoft PowerPoint 2013

Hi,

 

I am trying to insert an online video into Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 and there is no option to embed the code for the video or search for the YouTube video. I have tried to use the developer app for PowerPoint 2013 and it will not allow me to import the video URL. I have tried different versions of Office and this functionality is available. I have checked the group policies on the domain controller and I cannot see a policy which is potentially stopping the PowerPoint feature from working. Any ideas why this feature is not working in Office 2013? Please see attached screenshot for reference.
