Setting CTouch default input?

Our latest CTouch boards always switch on to a blue android screen with wallpaper and a few apps in the top left. To switch to VGA/HDMI we have to program the home button, which the teacher clicks to switch from the home screen to the input.

 

We would prefer them to start with the VGA or HDMI input they have plugged in - does anyone know a way to do this? We can't find anything in the menu.

So I don't think my old school had that many ctouch brand boards, but have you gone through the Android apps and found settings in there? That's what I used to force a clevertouch board to open HDMI first.

We were looking to do this on our new Smart boards with built in Android, but alas, it's not possible from our quick play about. With the Smart MDM you can however remotely manage it (basically RDP into the Android bit) and click the input button for them. God knows how they turn their TV on at home without IT...

whilst not much help to the OP, BenQ's have the option to choose what channel to boot into inc OPS, as well as 'last source memory' in the startup/shutdown menu, this also includes day&time schedules, for the OP perhaps it's something in the service menu if you contact their tech support, as it's really a basic requirement. /Royce@BenQ
