Wonde - Google Classroom issues

Hi,

 

Is anyone else having major issues with Wonde not provisioning Google classrooms and not getting much response from them, in the past we used to provision the classrooms ourselves but have taken on Wondes product which automates the process and matches our GADS setup, the idea being we not only have SSO into the Google domain on Windows machines but they can also access all other platforms Wonde support.

 

All i keep getting from Wonde is we are working on it but it has been 3 days now and not getting much in return, i was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the issue and has had more information off them, just trying to decide if the time has arrived to drop the Wonde integration and fail back to the old as staff are starting to get impatient.

 

Very very poor service and should have been working from day 1, especially now Classroom is our main online teaching platform.

We had a similar issue. I received this email from them and it seems we needed to re-approve the API permissions...

 

You need to go to gsync.wonde.com/reconnect and login as a super admin to re-approve the API permissions from Google. We have lost connection with your Google Workspace at some point and that's why you're unable to run syncs.

 

Once this was reconnected we could sync our classes... took a few days to get this response out of them as well as they are pretty busy with Google issues at the moment and there was no indication this was an issue in the UI. Don't know if it will fix your issues but it may be worth a try

Hi, thanks for the response, yeh, did that one a few weeks ago, they have basically caused us a nightmare which has resulted in us ending up provisioning our own data and turning GSync off, their support team couldn't resolve it in 6 days so in the end due to the amount of moaning i was getting from teachers we ran the scripts to populate the classes we have used in the past.. Hopefully they get it resolved and then i can use the matching tool and resync.
