Smoothwall intermittent issue with pages loading partially

Hi all,

 

Currently having an issue with a Smoothwall where pages are partially loading intermittently.

 

This is what it looks like when it happens:

 

 

Any ideas what could be causing it? I have already made sure it has the latest release installed.
