GCDS Working, User password change alert on sync

Hey everyone, GCDS is working fine, but we shut it down for the summer. Turned it back on and now some users are getting a "Your Password has changed Alert" from google every time GCDS runs. I am pretty new to this system and am having a hard time pinning down why this is happening. It's not something we have had an issue with before. It's not breaking anything, but some users are getting spammed with an alert every hour when GCDS runs.

 

Any help figuring this out would be awesome.

GCDS doesn't do anything in regards to password changes. Are you using password sync?
