Our business analyst will play a key role in the successful delivery and development of the GDST’s business systems strategy. Reporting to the Head of Data, Technology and Partnering, you will be responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, process re-engineering, documentation, and testing. Working in partnership with school IT teams, school digital leaders and the GDST innovation & learning department, you will be involved in the development of fit-for-purpose technology which enables our teachers to provide, and our students to receive, an outstanding learning experience in schools. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with a proactive approach to their work, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a larger team. You will bring knowledge and experience of process engineering, data integrations and business systems to allow us to deliver the best systems and processes to our staff and students.
