Medical Notes Incorrect Header

Hi all,

 

I have a strange issue in the student records under Medical Notes. The column header that I presume should read Staff Name (or similar) has the name of our IT technician instead! This is the case for all staff logged in to SIMS. I've contacted my IMS support but who knows how long they'll take to get back to me. Anyone know of a fix for this?

Go to Tools > Setups > User Options and set Screen Labels to SIMS default and click Save.

I've just tried this but it only fixes the issue for me. Is there a way to fix this for all users?

 

**Edit: Never mind. I found that if I set it to School Customization instead of SIMS Default, I was able to right-click the header and change the text back to Owner. Thanks for your help!
