Is there a decent PO application or cloud service that can replace our Excel with macros setup? All we need is to generate a PO to e-mail to a select few individuals with selectable cost centre, supplier etc. Nothing complex.

 

Does such a thing exist without buying an expensive behemoth?

I built one of these in sharepoint, so it depends on if you want do some development? Oh and if you use SP in any way...

Ages ago, my colleague built one using google forms - it would send emails to the owner to head of department would would click an 'approve' button.

There are some templates for this sort of thing knocking around on the internet.

Depending on what features you want Kefron AP seemed a good system and reasonably priced. We didn't go for it in the end only because we are migrating to a different finance system that has it built in.
