MITRE is a growing Multi Academy Trust with its Head Office (and this role) based in Eakring. The Trust has 7 schools at present with further plans for growth.

 

An opportunity has arisen for an IT Operations Team Leader to work in a small, close knit team of IT staff at the Trust. This is a new and important role within the team, with scope to progress as our centralised IT service continues to expand. In this role you will be shaping the future of our IT provision and delivering efficient and effective day to day IT services to our family of schools (both on and off site) across the Trust. The role is extremely varied covering all aspects of IT (both technical and non-technical), from supporting the planning and implementation of IT projects, leading the delivery of our centralised service desk to supporting individual academies with the procurement of IT hardware, software and services. The role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to really “add value”.
