Hiring someone to migrate SIMS to a new Server and Database....

Hi,

 

Does anyone have any recommendations for companies that would migrate SIMS, FMS, Solus etc to a new server and newer version of SQL? Many years ago we used Capita, but I'm not sure if that's something they still do now that they've sold SIMS? I don't seem to have the Google-Fu today to get useful results.

Where are you based? There are usually SIMS Support Companies (spun out of the old LA MIS/IT Support companies) around who'd do it for a fee.

SBS did it for us a little while back - it's not even particularly tricky - but if you have the cash to alleviate the worry of doing it in-house then a sims support unit is a good shout.
