GSUITE - GOOGLE ADMIN - REPORTS - External File Shares...?

Just looking through Google Admin and on the dashboard I noticed a large amount of files being shared 'outside our Domain'.

 

I've tried to look through some audit logs, but as you can appreciate the are quite a few entries and if I'm honest, I don't even know what I'm looking for...

 

what concerns me obviously is that I thought we didn't allow files to be shared outside the domain, so does anybody know what is going on and where I should look (and more importantly how to do a meaningful search) to find out what happened?

Just checked and in Google 'Drive and Docs' the sharing option is definitely OFF for everyone...

You got Enterprise? If so you have the "File Exposure" report.

GAT also has a function for file exposure reporting too.

Just the free Edu version unfortunately...

 

There must be a way to find out what's happened?
