ISA 2004 Custom Error Messages

I hope i have posted this in the correct area!

 

I have customized an error page in the the ErrorHtm's folder on our ISA 2004 server, however when the error page is displayed when ISA has an error it is the uncustomized page? Any reason why this would be happening?

Have you restated the appropriate services?

I modified each page in this folder and then restarted the server as I was not sure which service to restart, however the changes still did not show.

It is possible because it was setup on our old ISA server when I got here. I didn’t bother to do it on our new one.
