Parent/Guardian Sync with 365 SDS

Good Morning

 

I am trying to setup the parent/guardian sync with SDS. We are currently using the OneRoster API setup through SIMS ID to sync our students and Teams over to 365 which is now generally working OK.

 

We now need to setup the Parent/Guardian sync which Microsoft have said needs to be created as a new profile in SDS with a CSV upload. The question is though how can I generate the CSVs for the parents and link them to the students SIS ID?

 

From what I can see the SIS ID for the students does not link to anything in SIMS to be able to pull a report from. Although I'm not good at SIMS so I could be wrong.

 

Any help on this one would be great!
