Class Dojo Videos

Hi all,

 

Have a school who use Class Dojo and try to upload videos to this website via Smoothwall Filtering.

 

Have setup the Smoothwall to allow Class Dojo as per the Smoothwall article https://kb.smoothwall.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002480179-Configuring-the-Smoothwall-Filter-to-Allow-Access-to-the-iOS-and-Android-ClassDojo-App and also added in the following which is not shown on the article, but the videos will still not upload. If they use for example their own mobile phone data they upload fine, so something on the Smoothwall is still blocking them. Any thoughts much appreciated. The phones do have the Smoothwall certificate installed and it doesn't work on school laptops either.

Same issue through our smoothwall, no issues showing up in the logs.
