AUP or similar for loaning Chromebooks to another school

Hi - we intend to lend some Chromebooks to a neighbouring school to help some of their pupils with remote learning. Has anyone done anything similar, and if so, have you got a template AUP or other agreement for this purpose?

I am confused as to what you're trying to achieve here.

 

You would create a loan agreement between the 2 schools. It would contain things like: Term of loan, what happens if they are damaged etc.

 

As for people using the device the schools usual polices would apply.
