FN-GM Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 Hello, We are setting up inTune and its working great with IOS Devices. We Android there is an issue. I enrol them via "Corporate-owned, fully managed user device" and scan the QR code. During the enrollment it is asking to sign in with the users Microsoft account. For 3 reasons this is an issue. Some of our users don't have an account. Some devices are shared, for example an on call phone. You can't add phones to groups until the enrollment is complete. Enrolment is completed by login into the account. For sites in regional areas away from the head office this is an issue. We could end up in a situation where they are not enrolled at all. I am wondering if anyone has any solutions please? Thanks
toffee_paul Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 I've just set our Android tablets up on Intune as "Fully Managed". You're right in saying the enrolment is completed by them logging in to the account on the device. For this reason I don't thinks it's possible to enrol when some users don't have accounts. Could you set them up with accounts and restrict what services they have access to?
FN-GM Posted December 13, 2020 Author Posted December 13, 2020 I've just set our Android tablets up on Intune as "Fully Managed" How does this behave differently please? Could you set them up with accounts and restrict what services they have access to? It would have an impact on licencing for other systems.

toffee_paul Posted December 15, 2020 Posted December 15, 2020 Are you after devices that someone can just pick up and use, not had to sign into anything, but still have the devices enrolled in Intune?
