Maximum number of clients per AP for Video Conferencing (Google Meet, Zoom, etc)

Like most others we've been experiencing a surge in the number of our staff and pupils using Wi-Fi for video conferencing. Due to distancing/movement restrictions some of our classes have literally had all the pupils in the class running Google Meet concurrently and in these situations we've had reports of pupil's experiencing drop-outs and connectivity issues.

I realise this will depend on a myriad of factors (controller, AP type, interference, distance, etc) but is having 20-30 client devices connected to a single access point concurrently running video conferencing services generally feasible or is it expected that this number would cause problems?
