Report with Subreport without 'grouping'

Hello!

 

I have created a report in SIMS that grabs the UPN and then I have a sub report that then lists all the classes for that student, outputted to an Excel spreadsheet. This is great and gives me the information I require - HOWEVER the only problem I have is that rather than having the UPN as part of every row, it has the UPN on the first row and then all subsequent UPN values are blank (until the next UPN). I'm assuming this is due to it grouping all the rows together. Unfortunately I need the UPN to be on every row... Is this possible, and if so how?

Do you need the report outputting multiple rows per student? If not you could use a student list report (Reports > Student List > General Student List), drag UPN onto it, change the Data Area to Academic, Curriculum and then drag onto the report 'Classes with Staff'??

Actually your original report will work as long as you untick 'Suppress duplicates' on the 'Define presentations' screen of the report designer
