Outlook profile problem

We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange, a PRF file runs at logon which sets up the users' accounts.

 

This works brilliantly, with just one exception: users who have custom signatures lose their signatures (the next time they log on) if their email is set to HTML format. If they use plain text format, then the signatures are remembered!
