Hi All,

 

I'm current using Papercut version: 20.0.4 and Ricoh copiers.

 

On the Ricoh MFD screen copiers it keeps pop-up ‘connecting to the server with the server IP address ‘. This issue happens two or three times during the day. We have updated the firmware on the copiers.The issue was present to upgrade to papercut.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
