kidpressingbuttons Posted September 1, 2020 Posted September 1, 2020 We have a fleet of 140 Dell Laptops that we are trying to bitlocker encrypt. Around 80% work fine. Someone encrypt then when we reboot they go straight to the Automatic Repair screen. The image, bios and set up are exactly the same on all laptops so not sure what is going wrong. Anyone seen this?

computer_expert Posted September 1, 2020 Posted September 1, 2020 Does the TPM section appear in the BIOS/UEFI settings on an affected unit? If not, see this section (How to Reset your TPM without Losing Data) There's a lot of info there on troubleshooting bitlocker too.
