Bitlocker Automatic Repair

We have a fleet of 140 Dell Laptops that we are trying to bitlocker encrypt. Around 80% work fine. Someone encrypt then when we reboot they go straight to the Automatic Repair screen.

 

The image, bios and set up are exactly the same on all laptops so not sure what is going wrong.

 

Anyone seen this?

image them again see what happens run dell assistant run this will update dios as well

Have updates bios to latest version

in the bios are the drive show as raid or ahic just check that might be that

Does the TPM section appear in the BIOS/UEFI settings on an affected unit?

TPM is visible and set up the same as the 100 working laptops
