(Echange 2016) Bulk create mailboxes for OU

I need create mailboxes for students in a OU.

 

I have tried to do this in EMC and it won't let me select more than 1 user at a time. (There is about 200 accounts to create email accounts for) also they need to be in there own database

 

Is there a way of doing this quickly?

The users without mailboxes are in their own ou and have them in their own database.

Yeah I have just pointed you at the commands, absolutely can script the creation of the mailboxes with a few more lines of PS. Leave it with me
