DfE & GDPR – questions to ask your software provider

DfE used to have a guide on GDPR and software providers, which presented six questions to ask your software provider about their GDPR compliance. I can't find this anymore and the GDPR toolkit doesn't seem to contain this. Any ideas how I might locate it? Or have I dreamed the whole document...? Thanks.
