Netgear M4300-24X24F ProSAFE random ports turn off (?)

Hi all,

 

I've noticed on our less than a year old, but old enough to be out of support or warranty Netgear M4300-24X24F ProSAFE unit, a port has randomly died;

 

I plugged the cable into another port and it was fine, checked storm control and all that jazz but no joy -

 

I've had random ports die before, but does anyone who is a netgear specialist know much about these switches?

 

The port goes to a network card on an NIC team with two Cat6 cables, but only 1 works unless plugged in elsewhere.
