Role Responsibility

 

In this role, you will provide first and second line IT support across the company’s three sites, working with the IT Manager and outsourced IT provider, improving IT presences and efficiencies and suggesting improvements where possible. You’ll support with testing of new systems and software before rolling these out to the business creating accompanying documentation and system user guides when required.

You’ll be tasked with general PC, Laptop, Mac, and Mobile administration including builds, installations, repairs and upgrades. You’ll also assist with supporting and resolving any issues with the company’s key business application; MediaPulse. Occasional out of hours support will be required to support various production IT requirements.

In addition, you’ll administer and manage IT assets across the company. This will include managing the new joiners, movers and leavers processes, issuing accounts, laptop building, phone setup, disabling accounts and data wiping. You will also be involved in managing the CCTV and Access Control support at our Television Centre site.
