office 365 Hybrid Config

so im in the process of doing a Hybrid config and everything is goin ok until the validating hybrid agent for exchange usage,

 

in the log file we are getting this error

The connection to the server 'f17e2529-9268-4c50-b75c-99d749f44d2a.resource.mailboxmigration.his.msappproxy.net' could not be completed., The call to 'https://f17e2529-9268-4c50-b75c-99d749f44d2a.resource.mailboxmigration.his.msappproxy.net/EWS/mrsproxy.svc' timed out.

 

Error details: The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:00:09.9990642. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. --> The remote server returned an error: (504) Gateway Timeout. --> The remote server returned an error: (504) Gateway Timeout.,

cant see to wrap my head around this, i've tried looking on line and there isnt much into was thinking of maybe opening a support call with ms

I mean obvious question, but can it get via your proxy/filtering ok on that server/client? Seems to be a similar error to ones in past when it was bouncing on some urls
