SOLUS Migration

Good Morning,

 

I have been going through and migrating our SOLUS 3 server this morning. Everything seemed to be going well and working. But I have run into a strange issue.

 

When I first migrated and got everything running on the new server I could see the SIMS server and SIMS databases in the SOLUS UI. I have since restarted the server and they have now all disappeared. When I then add them again, restart SOLUS they disappear again.

 

Has anyone seen this before or got any ideas?

Not sure if it’s still an issue but you used to have to modify the connection string on the server else it kept pointing back to the old solus server

 

Either that or remove and reinstall clients

 

If you check on the server are the connection strings still pointing to old server?

So the server connection strings point to the new server. I have just actually run the SOLUS UI as administrator and can now see the Servers and Databases as Targets. Really strange though because I never had to do that on the old server.
