Location: Based at Wellsway School, Keynsham (near Bristol/Bath)

Contract: Full time 37 hours per week

Term: Permanent, All Year Round

 

We are looking for an experienced and professional individual to manage our IT Support technicians. You will build on the excellent reputation we already have for providing first class support to all our users across all 15 schools. You will be expected to co-ordinate the activities of the 7 IT support technicians across the Trust and work alongside the IT Infrastructure Team comprising three Systems Administrators. You will work with the Head of IT Services on projects, mainly those involving end-user devices but potentially others depending on your experience. In addition to the management aspects of the role, you will still need to “get your hands dirty” by carrying out the duties of an experienced senior IT Technician.
