ICT Technician - 1st line support - Petersfield, Hampshire - £20,254 - £24,619 PA

Hello all,I am recruiting a 1st line support ICT Technician to resolve the day-to-day issues of teachers, staff and pupils in rural Petersfield, Hampshire (approx 10 miles north of Portsmouth & 25 miles south of Guildford).

You will also be primarily responsible for installing and maintaining PCs, laptops, Apple Macbooks & iMacs, printers, photocopiers, audio/visual systems, telephones, mobile phones, tablets and other hardware. Additionally you will be responsible for installing software, account management and maintaining accurate ICT documentation.As the successful candidate, together with your excellent customer service skills, written/verbal communication and a desire to continuously learn and improve, you will have attention to detail in everything you do and care passionately about your work.
