Single 365 Tenant Trust - Microsoft Licenses

Hi

 

We are in the process of planning a migration to a single tenant, currently each school (7 primaries, 3 secondaries) has their own tenant.

 

The transfer of the data seems to be straight forward enough, what we are struggling to understand is the licenses into a single tenant.

 

Each school currently has an OVS agreement in place with varying end dates.

 

Others who have done a migration, what did you do?

 

Any help will be much appreciated.

Migrate them all to a single Trust wide agreement when the annual renewal is due for each of them, there is no legal obligation to complete the duration of a licensing contract with any licensing partner for the agreements.
