How are you licensed?

Hi Guys

 

My school has always been purchasing the Microsoft Desktop EES - Level F LICENCE and Microsoft Core Infrastructure Svr Suite Datacentre ( 2 Core ) - EES with FTE count.

 

We would like to purchase M365 A3 now and buy perpetual Windows server 2019 license with SA.

 

Just wondering if this is the way forward and how you guys are licensed. Also do i need SA for the server?
