Starspell 2.4

Hi,

 

We recently purchased a Site upgrade for Starspell but I am having trouble installing it.

 

I am running the installation from the CD image on the server and selecting the Database folder which is located on the same server. (as according to the instructions)

 

I have adjusted the Permissions to allow domain users modify rights for the DB folder - I am able to create and delete folders from this directory, so I know that the permissions are correct - I have also tried installing it as a Domain Admin, but it still fails.

 

I have enabled debugging of the installation and have the log file and a screenshot of the error message.

 

Have any of you guys encounted this problem with it? Can you Help?
